Live in Danville and eat at McGah's.Sports fans and foodies who live in Danville will all find something to love about McGah’s. It’s a sports pub and fine restaurant, founded by the McGah family, who also co-founded the Oakland Raiders. McGah’s is a Danville property with deep roots in the city’s history. Come out on weekends for the famous dueling pianos. Every Friday and Saturday night from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., pianists Dave Alan and Travis Von Cartier take audience requests for everything from Top 40 hits to classical pieces to rap. For folks with a lively sense of humor, this is a great way to celebrate special events. Send up a note, detailing the kind of celebration and the people involved, and the pianists will “roast” them with a song or dance, or both.

While the games play on the nine HD+ flatscreen TVs, guests can enjoy the delicious concoctions of executive chef Francisco Ruiz. His approach to cooking is to start with classic dishes, then take them to the next level with unexpected twists and flavors. Be sure to try one of his signature burgers, the street tacos, or the risotto and grilled chicken. Come for Happy Hour, Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. and get discounts on appetizers and house cocktails.
